Bjørn Svensson moved to Oslo in 1999 and has since made a significant impact on the Norwegian culinary scene. With experience from prestigious establishments such as Bagatelle, El Bulli, and Gordon Ramsay in London, he brings a unique combination of knowledge and creativity to his craft.
Svensson’s most remarkable achievement is his ability to create exceptional culinary experiences that have been rewarded with Michelin stars. All four restaurants he has opened – Oscarsgate, Fauna, Galt, and Schlägergården – have been awarded a Michelin star, making him one of Scandinavia's most prominent chefs. He now brings his passion and talent to the recently opened Restaurant FAN, which has received glowing reviews since its launch.
