Terms and conditions

1. General information

These terms and conditions govern your purchases from, and your use of, the www.vondoren.com website. Terms and conditions as well as other information on this website is available in English.

By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use before using the site.

You need to be 18 years old in order to shop on www.vondoren.com

If the terms and conditions are required written disclosure, it shall be done via email, SMS, letter or other similar methods.

“Buyer” (“you”, “your”or “yours”) is the person that purchase any products on the website.

3. Purchase from the online store

In order to assure your safe shopping experience on our online store, we would like to describe the purchasing process as follows:

2. Select the product(s) wanted

3. Place the product(s) in the shopping basket

4. Choose method of payment

5. Double-check the order

6.Confirm the order and accept the terms and conditions

4. Your order

When we receive your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to the email you have registered. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it, and double-check to see whether it is correct.  

 

If there is any difference between your order and the confirmation, you can consider it as a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. If you have order more than one products, it is possible that you receive them in different shipments.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of if the product is out of stock. In this case, you shall be notified about the situation as well as information about what we can offer instead. You shall be given the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we make compared to your order, or cancel the order. Furthermore, it is subject to cancellation if the orders are made with intention for resale.

If there are written or printing errors of offers from the Seller's page, in advertisements, and / or in the online store which is greater than 15% of normal selling price, Seller may unilaterally change, delete or reject orders. This applies even if the customer has received the order confirmation.

We have the right to make changes until the products are sent from our warehouse. If the product is sent from the warehouse already, you can use your right of withdrawal.  

False orders or fraud attempts shall be always reported to the police. It is not allowed to order in different names unless this is the recipient’s trustee. In case the recipient is not aware of the order, the order will be deleted and regarded as a fraud attempt, and shall be reported to the police.

5. Payment

All prices do not include VAT. You are subjected to import fee or VAT in your country (if applies). The order overview will include all other expenses associated with the item such as postage, shipping, packaging, etc.

As payment method, you can choose from the payment methods we offer in the purchase process. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your payment card details will be encrypted. Once we have received your order, we make a reservation on your payment method to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. If reservation can not be made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. You will receive information about this.

If you use payment cards, you will be charged when we confirm your order. This also applies to pre-order of products that will be available on time or have an unconfirmed delivery date.

6. Delivery and delay

Delivery of the products takes place with DHL, UPS or FedEx. We have the risk of the products until they are taken over by you, that is, once you have received the products in your possession.

 

Estimated delivery time from your order has been sent from our warehouse is 2-6 business days. You shall receive the tracking link once the product has been sent, and the package shall be delivered to your door.

If Von Doren Watch Company AS does not have the item(s) in stock or there are other reasons why the item(s) shall not be shipped quickly from the warehouse, you will be notified at the email address you provided when you ordered the item.

If your package has been delayed and you have not been notified, contact Von Doren Watch Company AS. This may be the shipping service that is delayed. Von Doren Watch Company AS will then contact our logistic partner and track the shipment for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information you have provided on your order. You can contact us for any information about your order at any time after placing the order. If you have ordered more than one products, you may receive the products in separate shipments.

7. The right to return

You have the right to return the product with the receipt and original packaging to Von Doren Watch Company AS within 30 days after you have received the product. The product has to be unused and in its original condition.

If the return product is approved, you shall then receive the money back to the card you have used for payment.

8. Reclamation

After receiving the product(s), we recommend that you check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation as soon as possible, or whether the product(s) have been damaged during shipping, or the product(s) have any defects.

If the product(s) are defective, you may request replacement, discount or replacement . Seller may offer to repair the item if it is impossible to obtain a new one. For example, if the product is no longer manufactured or the cost for replacement is unreasonably high. Notification of defects of the products may be informed in written form or via phone. This must be done within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defects. However, you still have at least two months' notice of termination. We recommend that the complaint is sent to us in writing. This right applies for two years after you have received the product.

 

 

9. Force Majeure

Von Doren Watch Company AS shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and unexpected criminal activities which damage the company’s activities.

 

10. Intellectual property rights

All materials on www.vondoren.com including, but not limited to text, graphics, images, icons and trademarks belong to Von Doren Watch Company AS. You may not use, copy, reproduce, publish, post, transmit, modify, display or distribute in any way without our prior permission.

 

11. Governing law and jurisdiction


These terms and your use of the www.vondoren.com website are governed by Norwegian law. To the extent permitted by law, Norwegian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website.

12. Amendments

Von Doren Watch Company AS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the site or to modify any and all of our terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of any modification. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes.
