What personal data do we process?
When you buy something in the online store, you will in many cases have to provide the following information:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Card information
- Delivery address
The registration of this information is a prerequisite for the purchase to be completed. In connection with purchases and inquiries, we will also store:
• Purchase history, including what type of item you purchased and when you purchased them
• Service status, service history, returns, complaints, repairs and any product upgrades
You have the opportunity to tick the box that you wish to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time by using a link at the bottom of the newsletter that will be sent by e-mail.
If you choose to participate in a campaign, user survey, etc., this may involve you providing additional information, such as gender, date of birth, interests, etc. depending on what is requested in the individual campaign or user survey. Participation in this type of survey is voluntary.
We may receive information from partners and suppliers in connection with the maintenance of mailing lists and marketing campaigns.

1. Basis for processing personal data
The Personal Data Protection Act limits the right to process personal data by specifying what are to be considered legitimate grounds for collecting and using personal data (“Processing Grounds”). The Processing Grounds Act means that personal data may be processed when it is necessary to perform a contract with the data subject. Our contract with you is our primary Processing Ground.
In addition, we base parts of the processing on your consent. Consent is obtained through marketing inquiries, user surveys, campaigns, etc.
Certain processing is based on a balancing of interests, for example analysis and further development of our services and the Website where our legitimate interest in the use of the information outweighs any disadvantages for the individual customer.
2. What do we use your personal data for?

Accounting and other legislation may in some cases require us to store certain types of information for a longer period of time.

• Request rectification or deletion: You can also ask us to correct inaccurate information we hold about you or ask us to delete personal data.
